DENMARK / LONDON — November 3, 2026: M7 Real Estate (“M7”), the leading pan-European investor and asset manager, announces that it has signed a new lease with JD Logistik A/S, a Danish family-owned logistics business, for c.12,500 sq m of urban logistics space at Litauen Allé 4 in Taastrup, near Copenhagen, Denmark.
M7 has agreed a 24-year lease with JD Logistik A/S, marking the beginning of a long-term partnership built around the continued growth of the family business. The long-term lease reflects the value M7 places on partnering with occupier, supporting this long-established business with its ambitions for the future by providing a property solution designed not only around its requirements today, but also its needs for the next generation.
Working in partnership with JD Logistik A/S, M7 developed an occupation and investment plan tailored to the business’s operational priorities and the ability to evolve alongside its long-term plans. The bespoke refurbishment programme will be executed alongside JD Logistik A/S’ daily operations, providing space it can continue serving its customers from, while working together to establish the property as a long-term base to develop its business for many years to come. The works include sustainability-focused improvements, with new zoned LED lighting throughout the entire unit, as well as the installation of a ramp, a larger goods entrance and mezzanine space.
Situated in Taastrup, within the Greater Copenhagen area, the property occupies an established distribution location near one of the most sought-after logistics corridors in Denmark.
