M7 Real Estate (“M7”), the pan-European investor and asset manager, announces the signing of a lease agreement with Hellmann Worldwide Logistics B.V. for approximately 679 sq m of office space on the 3rd floor of the office building at Waalhaven OZ 85 in Rotterdam, along with 25 parking spaces.
The representative office complex at Waalhaven Oostzijde 85 is situated in a prominent location within Rotterdam’s maritime business center. The building, located next to the Dockworks complex, offers stunning views of the harbour and its related maritime activities. With this transaction, the building is now fully and long-term leased.
