Established distribution location supports YOKOHAMA’s UK operations
LONDON — October 8, 2026: M7 Real Estate (“M7”), the leading pan-European investor and asset manager, announces that it has secured a long-term lease with YOKOHAMA H.P.T. Limited (“YOKOHAMA”), the official UK arm of Japanese trye manufacturer YOKOHAMA, for c.110,000 sq ft of modern industrial and logistics space at Dawson Road in Milton Keynes.
YOKOHAMA has agreed a 5-plus-5-year lease to occupy this high-quality asset, supporting a significant part of its UK operations. Acting as the UK’s exclusive tyre supplier to several championships, YOKOHAMA will use the space to create and distribute high-performance replacement and original equipment tyres for a variety of vehicles. The new lease also incorporates a range of sustainability provisions, reflecting M7 and YOKOHAMA’s shared commitment to the long-term environmental performance of the asset.
Situated in an established logistics location in Milton Keynes, the property benefits from immediate access to the A5 and direct links to the UK’s national motorway network, with Junctions 13 and 14 of the M1 approximately seven and five miles away, respectively.
This long-term lease reflects the hands-on, collaborative approach of M7’s local asset management teams, working closely with occupiers and understanding their evolving requirements to provide the space they need to grow. M7 is committed to delivering high-quality and well-located space that can support businesses throughout their lifecycle.
Dawson Road forms part of the European Supply Chain Income Partnership (“ESCIP”) platform, the joint venture fund backed by AustralianSuper and Oxford Properties.
