We have implemented a governance framework that enables both entrepreneurial and prudent management, allowing effective control and oversight by directors and senior managers, while empowering staff to perform within the parameters of our policies and procedures.

A board and committee structure covers key areas including investments, operations, risk management, audit, and ESG. Our directors include non-executive representatives of our shareholders, while the group’s Supervisory Board and Audit, Risk & Compliance Committee are chaired by independent non-executive directors.

In 2025, Oxford Properties and AustralianSuper entered into a strategic partnership to invest in M7 Real Estate Ltd, and the European Supply Chain Income Partnership (“ESCIP”), targeting the high-quality ‘last mile’ and mid-box warehouses.

The strategic partnership will supporting the company’s strategy of focusing on the investment and asset management of European industrial and logistics assets. M7 brings together two leading global investors with strong expertise and a clear vision in the logistics sector, reflecting their confidence in M7’s specialist platform and track record of delivering value.
